This summer, I worked with the e-commerce team at Boll & Branch, a leading luxury home textiles brand. I contributed to integrating user-generated content across product pages, conducting competitive analysis on site accessibility and navigation, and supporting SEO enhancements to boost search visibility. My key project was a complete redesign and content overhaul of the store locator page to improve both functionality and user experience. Additionally, I worked to incorporate and test UGC content on home landing pages and PDP's. Along the way, I gained significant experience with Shopify, Sanity CMS, Superfiliate, and Google Workspace, deepening my understanding of how mission-driven, digitally native brands combine ethical sourcing, sustainability, and innovative online retail strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
